Semarang, August 14, 2026 – The PENDIKAR 2026 Program of the Accounting Taxation Study Program, Vocational School, Universitas Diponegoro (UNDIP) officially concluded on Friday, August 14, 2026. On its third and final day, students received guidance on the importance of collaboration, self-development, and personal growth planning as part of their character development.
The third day began with registration and an energizer activity to build students’ enthusiasm and readiness before participating in the day’s activities. The program continued with an opening session and a review of the second-day materials, providing students with an opportunity to recall the values and positive habits they had previously learned.
The first session focused on Habit 6: “Collaboration,” delivered by Deviana Wahyu Purwiyanti, M.Ak. and Armania Putri Wardhani, S.E., M.M. In this session, students were encouraged to understand that success is not only determined by individual abilities but also by the ability to work effectively with others. Through presentations and assignments, students were encouraged to develop communication skills, appreciate differences, and create synergy within their teams.
The next session covered Habit 7: “Sharpen the Saw,” delivered by Muhammad Wildan, S.E., M.Ak., CFMA., Ak. and Muhammad Ubaidillah, S.E., M.I.E., Ak., CA. The session emphasized the importance of continuous self-improvement and personal development. Students were encouraged to continuously enhance their skills, broaden their knowledge, and maintain balance in developing their intellectual, emotional, social, and personal aspects.
Following the break, the program continued with the Growth Plan session, facilitated by Sigit Munandar, M.Ak., Made Laksmi Sena Hartini, S.E., Ak., M.Ak., and Deddy Sulestiyono, S.E., S.T., M.M. During this session, students began developing their personal and group growth plans and commitments. The Growth Plan served as an important component of PENDIKAR, as students were not only encouraged to understand character values but also to identify concrete steps to apply them in their daily lives.
Through the development of these plans, students were expected to establish more focused personal development goals and strengthen their commitment to continuous growth throughout their academic journey in the Accounting Taxation Study Program.
After completing all materials and assignments, students participated in a post-test and evaluation facilitated by Sigit Munandar, M.Ak. This session served as an evaluation of students’ understanding and experiences throughout the PENDIKAR 2026 program.
The PENDIKAR 2026 program concluded with an announcement and closing session. Throughout the three-day program, students received a series of structured activities and learning experiences, beginning with the core values of Caring, Adaptability, Intelligence, and Resilience, followed by the development of a Growth Mindset, the formation of seven positive habits, and the preparation of personal growth plans.
The implementation of PENDIKAR 2026 is expected to go beyond being merely an orientation program and instead serve as a starting point for Accounting Taxation students to develop strong character and positive habits throughout their academic journey. The values gained from the program are expected to be applied in academic activities, organizations, social life, and eventually as valuable preparation for entering the professional world.
With the completion of PENDIKAR 2026, Accounting Taxation students are expected to grow into individuals who are responsible, visionary, capable of setting priorities, collaborative, committed to continuous learning, and dedicated to sustainable personal development.
