Semarang, May 8, 2026 – The Tax Accounting Study Program once again takes pride in the achievements of its alumnus, Manarul Hidayat, a graduate of the Diploma III Accounting Program at the Vocational School of Universitas Diponegoro, who has successfully built a professional career and currently serves as a Billing Section Head at PT Dipo Star Finance (Mitsubishi Corporation Group). His career journey stands as clear evidence that vocational education, particularly in D3 Accounting, provides a strong foundation for achieving success in the professional world while also opening opportunities for higher education.
Manarul began his academic journey at the Diploma III Accounting Program of Universitas Diponegoro from 2015 to 2018. During his studies, he not only gained theoretical knowledge but also developed practical and applicable skills through various training programs, case studies, and organizational experiences. His achievement as an Outstanding Student (MAWAPRES) in 2017 reflects his dedication and commitment to personal development from an early stage.
Equipped with strong vocational competencies, Manarul immediately entered the professional world and started his career at PT Serasi Autoraya (Astra Group). At the company, he progressed from a Billing Control Officer to a Financial Planning & Budgeting Officer, and later became an Administration Coordinator. These experiences shaped his ability to manage financial processes, control cash flow, and develop data-driven business strategies.
Continuing his strong passion for learning, Manarul pursued a Master’s degree and achieved excellent academic performance. His career has continued to grow, and he now serves as a Billing Section Head at PT Dipo Star Finance. In this role, he is responsible for managing billing and collection processes for thousands of vehicle units, conducting accounts receivable analysis, and coordinating cross-functionally with Accounting, Tax, Marketing, and Legal teams. He is also actively involved in various innovations, such as developing ERP systems and refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve the company’s operational efficiency.
According to Manarul, the foundation he gained from the D3 Accounting program at Universitas Diponegoro has played a highly significant role in his career journey. The practice-based learning approach has made him better prepared to face real-world challenges from the very beginning. “D3 Accounting at UNDIP shaped me into someone who not only understands theory but is also able to apply it directly in the workplace. This has become a major advantage in competing within the industry,” he stated.
