Semarang, May 6, 2026 – The Tax Accounting Study Program of Universitas Diponegoro (UNDIP) is currently organizing the UNDIP Global Classroom (UGC), which runs from March 26 to May 20, 2026. This program represents a concrete commitment by UNDIP to provide internationally oriented learning experiences for its students.
The event features a number of international academics and practitioners as guest experts, including representatives from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, Universiti Teknologi MARA, Ramkhamhaeng University, Southern Cross Institute, and Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah. These speakers share global insights and practical experiences across various fields.
Throughout its implementation, the program is conducted in a hybrid format, utilizing online platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams alongside offline (in-person) classes. Students have shown high enthusiasm, actively participating in discussions and learning sessions.
The topics covered include several strategic areas such as Capital Market, Financial Statement Analysis, Customs, Business English Practicum, and Financial Management. These materials are designed to enhance students’ competencies and better prepare them to face global challenges.
The organizing committee stated that the program has been running smoothly and has had a positive impact on students. “UNDIP Global Classroom not only enriches academic knowledge but also broadens international perspectives and expands students’ networks,” the committee noted.
With the success of this program, it is hoped that the Tax Accounting Study Program will continue to develop similar initiatives in the future to support its vision of becoming an internationally reputable institution.
