Outstanding Achievement! Tax Accounting Students Win Multiple Awards at Ignite Future Fest 2026

Semarang, April 4, 2026 — Three students from the Tax Accounting Study Program have once again made a remarkable achievement and brought pride to their alma mater at a national-level competition. The student delegation successfully secured several prestigious awards at the Ignite Future Fest 2026 in the Essay category.

The team, led by Muhamad Syauqal Afwika Rahman, with members Putri Anastasya and Margareta Norisa Kartikasari, demonstrated outstanding ideas and sharp analytical skills before the panel of judges, successfully sweeping four awards at once. The honors they achieved include a Gold Medal, Best Ideas Award, Silver Medal, and ultimately being crowned as the Overall Champion.

This extraordinary achievement was also strongly supported by their academic advisor, Mr. Sigit Munandar, M.Ak., who was present on-site to provide strategic guidance and moral support to the team throughout the competition. His presence and direction played a significant role in ensuring that the students performed confidently and at their best.

Responding to this remarkable accomplishment, the Head of the Tax Accounting Study Program, Mr. Apip, S.E., M.Si., CTT, CPTT, expressed his deep appreciation and pride. He emphasized that this victory is clear evidence of the students’ academic excellence and competitiveness.

“We are extremely proud of the outstanding achievements accomplished by Syauqal, Putri, and Margareta. This success serves as strong proof that Tax Accounting students possess excellent competencies and the determination to compete at prestigious national-level competitions,” he stated.

Furthermore, Mr. Apip also delivered an inspiring message to other students, encouraging them to take this achievement as motivation. “I hope this victory is not merely a moment of celebration, but a driving force for other students to step out of their comfort zones and follow in their footsteps. We have proven that we are capable of becoming the best,” he added.
